Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 14, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are intended to define the conditions of use and operation of the FUTURE FRAME service (hereinafter "the Service") operated by BSHARE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company").
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of key terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- Member: A person who has agreed to these Terms, provided personal information, and registered as a member, who has entered into a service agreement with the Company and uses the Service.
- Service Agreement: An agreement entered into between the Company and a Member in connection with the use of the Service.
- Member ID (hereinafter "ID"): A unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each Member for identification and use of the Service.
- Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the Member to confirm that the Member matches the ID assigned to them and to protect the Member's rights and interests.
- Operator: A person who establishes and operates the homepage on the Service.
- Termination: An act of a Member to terminate the Service Agreement.
Article 3 (Rules Outside the Terms)
The Operator may separately announce and guide operational policies as needed. In case of overlap between these Terms and the operational policies, the operational policies shall take precedence.
Article 4 (Conclusion of Service Agreement)
- The Service Agreement is established by the consent of the person who wishes to register as a Member and use the Service to the contents of these Terms and the application for membership, and the Operator's acceptance of such use.
- A person who wishes to register as a Member and use the Service shall read these Terms at the time of application and express their consent to these Terms by selecting "I Agree".
Article 5 (Application for Service Use)
- A user who wishes to register as a Member and use the Service must provide all information requested by the Company (user ID, password, nickname, etc.).
- A Member who has not registered their true information, such as by stealing another person's information or registering false information, cannot claim any rights regarding the use of the Service and may be punished in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Article 6 (Privacy Policy)
The Company and the Operator do not hold the password among the personal information provided at the time of member registration, and the matters related to this shall follow the Company's Privacy Policy. The Operator endeavors to protect the personal information of Members in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Protection of Members' personal information shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations and the Privacy Policy established by the Company. However, the Operator shall not be responsible for any information disclosed due to the Member's own fault. The Operator may inspect the Member's data and submit the relevant data to related institutions at the request of related institutions if the Member registers or distributes illegal postings, such as those that are harmful to public morals or against national security.
Article 7 (Duties of the Operator)
- The Operator shall process opinions or complaints raised by Members as soon as possible if recognized as justifiable. However, if prompt processing is difficult due to personal circumstances, the Operator shall do its best to notify the Member afterward through announcements, notes, or emails.
- The Operator shall promptly repair or restore any failure or loss of facilities for continuous and stable provision of the Service. However, in case of natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances of the Company or the Operator, the Service operation may be temporarily suspended.
Article 8 (Duties of Members)
- Members must comply with the matters stipulated in these Terms, the regulations, announcements, and operational policies set by the Operator, the matters announced by the Company, and relevant laws and regulations, and must not engage in acts that interfere with the operation of other Services or damage the reputation of the Company.
- Members may not transfer, donate, or pledge as collateral the right to use the Service or any other status under the Service Agreement to others without the explicit consent of the Company.
- Users shall take considerable care in managing their ID and password and may not allow third parties to use their ID without the consent of the Operator or the Company.
- Members shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Operator, the Company, or third parties.
Article 9 (Service Hours)
- Service hours shall be 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle, unless there are special business or technical issues. However, the Company may temporarily suspend the Service on dates or times set by the Company for system regular maintenance, expansion, and replacement, and shall announce in advance on the Company's website any temporary suspension of the Service due to scheduled work.
- However, the Company may temporarily or permanently suspend the Service without prior notice or announcement in the following cases:
- In case of urgent system inspection, expansion, replacement, failure, or malfunction
- In case of force majeure such as national emergencies, power outages, or natural disasters
- In case the basic telecommunications service provider stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act has suspended telecommunications services
- In case there is interference with normal Service use due to surges in Service use
- In case of Service suspension under the preceding paragraph, the Company shall notify Members in advance through announcements, etc. However, if prior notice is not possible for reasons beyond the Company's control regarding Service suspension, the Company shall substitute it with a subsequent notice.
Article 10 (Termination of Service Use)
- If a Member wishes to terminate the Service Agreement with the Company, the Member must apply for cancellation of registration online or through the customer center in person.
- Upon application for termination, programs related to the Service provided by the Company are automatically deleted from the Member management screen, and the Operator can no longer view the information of the termination applicant.
Article 11 (Restrictions on Service Use)
Members shall not engage in any of the following acts, and if such acts are committed, the Company may restrict the Member's use of the Service and take appropriate measures, terminate the Service Agreement, or suspend the Service for a specified period:
- Registering false information at the time of membership registration or when changing information after registration
- Interfering with the use of the Service by others or stealing information
- Impersonating the operating staff, employees, or affiliates of the Company
- Infringing on the moral rights or intellectual property rights of the Company or other third parties, or interfering with their business
- Improperly using another Member's ID
- Collecting, storing, or disclosing personal information about other Members without their consent
- Acts objectively determined to be related to crimes
- Other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations
Article 12 (Management of Postings)
- Responsibility for the management and operation of the Company's postings and data lies with the Operator. The Operator shall always monitor for inappropriate postings and data, and upon discovering or being reported about inappropriate postings and data, shall delete such postings and data and give a warning to the Member who registered them. However, the poster is responsible for the postings uploaded by users, and Members shall not post any postings that violate these Terms.
- In the case of correction requests from public institutions such as the Information and Communication Ethics Committee, the Operator may delete or move postings without the prior consent of the Member.
- The criteria for judging inappropriate postings are as follows:
- Contents that severely insult or damage the reputation of other Members or third parties
- Distributing or linking to contents that violate public order and good morals
- Contents that encourage illegal copying or hacking
- Advertisements for commercial purposes
- Contents objectively recognized as related to crimes
- Infringing on copyrights or other rights of other users or third parties
- Other cases judged to violate related laws and regulations
- If the Company and the Operator receive a request to suspend the posting from a third party due to infringement of rights such as defamation or intellectual property rights, the Company may temporarily suspend the posting (suspension of transmission), and shall follow such decisions when lawsuits, settlements, or decisions of related institutions equivalent thereto between the requester for suspension and the poster are received by the Company.
Article 13 (Preservation of Postings)
If the Company's Operator is forced to discontinue the Service due to unavoidable circumstances, the Operator shall make every effort to notify Members in advance and to facilitate the transfer of postings.
Article 14 (Copyright of Postings)
- The copyright of postings posted by a Member within the Service belongs to the Member who posted them. In addition, the Company may not use the postings commercially without the consent of the poster. However, this does not apply to non-commercial purposes, and the Company also has the right to publish them within the Service.
- Members may not commercially use materials posted on the Service, such as arbitrarily processing or selling information obtained through the use of the Service.
- If the Operator determines that the contents posted or registered by Members within the Service fall under any of the items in Article 12, the Operator may delete, move, or refuse to register them without prior notice.
Article 15 (Liability for Damages)
- All civil and criminal liabilities arising from this Service shall lie primarily with the Member.
- The Operator shall not compensate for damages received by Members from this Service when caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or by intentional or negligent acts of the Member.
Article 16 (Disclaimer)
- The Operator is exempt from liability for damages caused by Members not obtaining expected benefits from the provision of the Service or by the selection or use of Service materials.
- The Operator is exempt from liability in case of failures of telecommunications services provided by this Service infrastructure and other telecommunications operators, and damages related to this Service infrastructure shall be subject to the Company's Terms of Service.
- The Operator shall not be responsible for any materials stored, posted, or transmitted by Members.
- The Operator shall not be responsible in case of obstacles to Service use caused by the Member's fault.
- The Operator shall not be responsible for any activities of Members within or outside this Service, including those between Members or between Members and third parties.
- The Operator shall not be responsible for the contents of materials posted or transmitted by Members and all materials that Members can be provided with through this Service, such as authenticity, reliability, and accuracy.
- The Operator shall not be responsible for any damages arising from transactions such as the exchange of goods between Members or between Members and third parties through the Service.
- The Operator shall not be responsible for any disputes between Members or between Members and third parties caused without the fault of the Operator.
- The Operator shall not be responsible for system failures that may occur in the process of managing, inspecting, repairing, or replacing servers and other facilities, or in the operation of software, without intentional or gross negligence equivalent to intent; system failures caused by attacks from third parties; the spread of computer viruses or other force majeure events for which countermeasures have not been developed by domestic or international research institutes or security companies; or damages to Members due to other unavoidable circumstances beyond the Operator's control.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall be effective from May 14, 2026.
